What is SAP Business One Software?
SAP Business One is a business management software with core functionalities such as accounting, sales, purchase, inventory management, customer relationship management, project management, production, materials requirement planning and service modules to assist SMEs and improve various processes in their business.
There are currently 2 versions of SAP Business One Software namely, Starter and Standard Pack.
SAP Starter Pack is essentially SAP Business One software with Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory Management and CRM modules but without some features such as Production module, Material Requirement Planning module. It is introduced by SAP for to provide an affordable solution for SMEs who are in trading or service based industries and for SMEs requiring 5 or less users at the current phase. SMEs can upgrade from Starter to Standard Pack anytime after purchase by paying the difference in pricing.

SAP Standard Pack contains all function of SAP Business One which includes Electronic Approval, Project Management, Production, Materials Requirement Planning, Budgeting for financials and Inventory, After Sales Service Call and many more. This pack is suitable for companies requiring more than 5 users and require more complete functions to run their business operations.
Is it challenging to get started?
The starter software can be up and running in 4 weeks and standard pack will depend on what functions are required. It may take anything from 2 months to 4 months. If you have data on existing systems, it may take longer for data to import into SAP before you start. You can create new fields and make reports by yourself. There is also helpdesk support after you go live.
What is the budget?
SAP B1 is a an affordable version of world renowned SAP brand made for SME and used by SME. Our packages start from 1 user. Pricing includes software licenses, maintenance, training and implementation.
